When we tell our students to “take a hike,” we mean it. With 525 acres to explore, there are plenty of ways to recharge, refresh and feel inspired. From enjoying vibrant sunsets and yoga on the lawn to time chatting in the gym or around the firepit, the emphasis on student wellness is an important aspect of life as a Raven.

 

Fitness Center   

The Healey and Sheehan Fitness Center has recently been redesigned to accommodate strength and conditioning programs to better meet athletic team and individual needs for active lifestyles.
 

Mental Health and Yoga Clubs 

The student mental health and yoga clubs offer activities and educational programs to encourage students to take time out for mental and physical wellbeing.  
 

Psychological Services 

Supportive resources for students include the availability of mental health counselors on campus or access to telehealth services. Appointments can be scheduled for the same day or within 24 hours.  
 

Winter Wellness Week 

An annual event on campus, Winter Wellness Week offers programming from multiple offices on campus to spotlight better nutrition and health year-round.
